What should I do if I have lost the card?

If the card was lost it should be blocked.  You can do it in several ways:

• In self-service web page https://cards.funn.lt
• By calling us:

a) During working hours: Vilnius – +370 5 2514323, Kaunas – +370 37 302317, Klaipėda – +370 46 432323, Šiauliai – +370 41 500 837;

b) During non-working hours: by phone +370 614 58444.

What should I do if I have forgotten web connect password?
